Talk about double standards! The mainstream media will “shame” people going to the beach or go to a “pool party” in MO like a few days ago — for not observing “Social Distancing” nor wearing masks — and TMZ and others gleefully declared these people are selfish and do not care for the health of others by not staying in “lockdown” to “save lives”!

But now I do NOT see these BLM Protestors /  Rioters wearing masks nor maintaining “social distance” — and the same mainstream media outlets — dare not bring this up because these are “left wing” BLM anti Police protests! These irresponsible mainstream media outlets keep “egging” and “encouraging” these protestors (read: domestic terrorists) to loot and burn businesses that are already struggling — trying to open after lockdown and provide goods and services for their customers, jobs for their struggling employees and food for their families!

This is why I stopped watching the mainstream news because of this bias that supports their “Orange Man Bad” narrative and blame all this on him. I am sorry to say that I am expecting the same mainstream media outlets will incite more of this kind of violence until our Elections in Nov to try to effect a “Regime Change” by unfair means 😡😡

I want to highlight the Left’s and Mainstream Media’s hypocrisy who have such a “holier than thou” attitude towards “social distancing” and masks who were complaining bitterly about people going to the beach, protesting opening the economy etc. -but- just because they approve of these riots everything is ok? That is plain double standards

Oh one other thing – one of my UK friends called the GOP Protests for reopening in states with lower numbers, “nutter” protestors, but there was NO looting and destroying businesses and were truly peaceful – had these “nutter” protests devolved into Riots, I would have called for a stern response and condemned it too!

Peaceful Protests like advocated by Mahatma Gandhi, Dr MLK or Nelson Mandela are the way to protest to effect change and have worked — riots and looting, breaking into stores and walking away with TVs from Target or Electronics and Cosmetics from other stores and burning it down is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE under any circumstances.

There is no excuse for rioting and looting under any circumstances and I think sterner measures to bring it under control are warranted and will happen.
